Rooster XIV
Description: A slender tall rooster could not be in a more suitable pose. My palette changed briefly in this painting compared to others on the easels at this time. His deep color is cool turquoise and ultramarine blue highlighted by rich golds. The frame I chose for this painting shows it off and makes it the center of a room.
